Linda Ray-Allen Retires 40 Years from Cleveland State Police

After 40 years of service, Linda Ray Allen is retiring from the Cleveland State Police Department, where she first started in parking services. Soon after, the police chief at the time asked her to become a dispatcher. Allen is the mother of two daughters. She plans to travel the country during her retirement, with her first stops being North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.
